An integral part of our center’s mission is the compassionate care of persons who are terminally ill.

Glen Ridge provides palliative and end-of- life hospice care through contracts with two local hospice providers. The goal of the hospice team is to this time as comfortable and peaceful as possible for your family. The hospice team typically includes nurses, social worker, home health aides, clergy, and volunteers.
